Tracy Borman, curator, educator, writer and broadcaster

Dr Tracy Borman has a very successful career in heritage and has worked for a range of historic properties and national heritage organisations. Tracy is now chief executive of the Heritage Education Trust, a charity that encourages children to visit and learn from historic properties. She has recently been appointed interim chief curator for Historic Royal Palaces.  Alongside her heritage career, Tracy is a best selling author and her books include the highly acclaimed Elizabeth’s Women and most recently Witches.  Tracy often appears on television and radio commenting on royal and historical issues, and is a regular contributor to BBC History Magazine.

Nick Morris, Operations Director at Stowe School and CEO of Stowe House Preservation Trust

Nick Morris is Operations Director at Stowe School and CEO of Stowe House Preservation Trust. He is responsible for the management of all support services, grounds and maintenance, working with the National Trust on improving visitor management of the jointly run estate. He is Project Manager for the £15m restoration programme of Stowe House. He studied at the Ironbridge Institute and Durham University.

 


Kate Frame, Head of Conservation and Collection Care at Historic Royal Palaces

Kate Frame became first Head of Conservation and Collection Care at Historic Royal Palaces in 2004, with the remit to establish a joined-up programme out of the newly amalgamated palace conservation functions.  She works at strategic level to further plan, facilitate and develop the palaces’ programme to integrate conservation with revenue generation and increasingly with public education and staff development.  Kate acts as conservation advisor to the House of Lords Curator's Office Steering Group for works of art.
